Dinoabbo

Dinoabbo's oil mill produces taggiasco oil from olives harvested on its own land around the village of Lucinasco (province of Imperia). It is still a family-run business that carries on a local tradition handed down from generation to generation.

The Ligurian oil mill still uses artisanal methods of production such as stone millstones and the "affioramento" method, with which the very special "Öiu de s'ciappa", or "affiorato" oil, is obtained.

The mill's care for its environment also translates into a direct commitment, with the choice to use green energy - photovoltaic panels - and to use production waste for heating.
