La Baita & Galleano
The farm La Baita & Galleano's land stretches across the heights of Monte Gazzo: here, in Valle d'Arroscia, at 700 metres they cultivate the typical local raw material, with a hillside vegetable garden where you can find everything from artichokes to basil, and their centuries-old Taggiasca olive groves.
The olives are transformed into superior quality oil while the other vegetables become natural preserves with an artisanal taste thanks to mamma Assunta's recipe. All processing is done according to tradition without using any type of chemical additive.
