Gnocchi potato, Portofino sauce and Pesto (x4 meals)

These portions allow you to cook four plates of gnocchi: two dressed with pesto and two with Portofino sauce.

As everything is vacuum-packed, you can decide when to eat them depending on how many of you are at home. Both pesto genovese and portofino sauce are two ready-made cold sauces that do not need to be heated to be used as a dressing. You can choose what to use on the fly, and without having to dirty pots or anything else. Portofino sauce is a relatively modern recipe, a variation of the classic pesto to which tomato has been added to give it even more flavour. This way the flavour is also rounder and the sauce can be combined with more types of pasta, even different ones than those usually used for pesto.
