Gnocchi potato, Basil tomato sauce and Pesto (x4 meals)

Ideal portions for four dishes, and a different sauce every night!

Potato gnocchi in Genoa are usually dressed with pesto but are also excellent with simpler sauces such as tomato sauce with basil. Pesto sauce comes ready-made and is a great solution when you are in the mood for something tasty to prepare in a short time because you just add it directly with the gnocchi on the plate (pesto does not cook). With the basil sauce, you can try out new recipes and decide, for example, to enrich it with cheese, be it sheep's milk ricotta or mozzarella: you can sauté the gnocchi in a frying pan or dress them au gratin in the oven like gnocchi alla sorrentina.
