A Ligurian mustard that originates in the hills of Genoa, in Piane di Rosso (hamlet of Davagna), where more than 12 years ago Daniel Fida started cultivating saffron and local herbs. The cultivation of the local mustard plants is part of the rotation cycle of the fields that allows the natural regeneration of the soil.
The flavour of this mustard is a pleasant contrast between sweet and sour and spicy. The only ingredients used are wildflower honey, mustard seeds (white and black) and wine vinegar, oil and salt; in this sauce all ingredients are natural: absolutely no preservatives or other chemical additives.
