Daniel Fida grows his herbs and spices in the fields of Piane di Rosso, a hamlet of Davagna in the hills just outside Genoa. Here he has found a perfect environment and climate for growing wild herbs. So after he started growing saffron, he expanded his herb production by integrating the crops into a traditional natural rotation cycle.

This infusion consists of 55% sage, 35% cinnamon and 10% cardamom.

Steep 1-2 tablespoons for about 5 minutes, then pour with the help of a strainer into the cup.

The herbal infusion is a valuable natural remedy not to be confused with a product for medical use.
