Pastificio Artigianale Fiore was founded after World War II by Maria Lucia Fiore, who began making pasta by hand using her grandmother’s traditional Ligurian recipes. Over time, the pastificio became a symbol of authenticity and quality, offering pasta that truly reflects the taste of Liguria. Each shape is made with premium ingredients, bronze-drawn, and slowly dried at low temperature to preserve flavor and texture. Today, Fiore proudly continues this family tradition of craftsmanship, respect for the land, and passion for genuine Ligurian cuisine.
