We do not ask for a minimum spend! Always tracked shipments! 100% recyclable packaging!
The delivery times shown (24/48h in Italy and for EU see table) are indicative since we entrust your parcel to the courier.

But before any further discussion of shipping,

one must be well aware of the... 'HANDLING TIMES'

For optimal delivery, you need to know when it is best to ship, depending on the products ordered and the delivery location. These handling times are instrumental to a successful shipment and are to be calculated outside the shipping times (which instead indicate the actual transit).

Upon arrival of your order, we will make all evaluations regarding the delivery of your order:
- If your order contains only long-life products it will be processed within the next 24 working hours.
- If your order contains fresh products it will only be dispatched from Monday to Wednesday depending on the delivery location. For foreign orders with fresh products the departure days are Monday and Tuesday only.

Orders with payment by bank transfer will be taken care of when credited.

SHIPMENTS TO ITALY

In Italy, shipping costs for standard delivery by express courier are 8.90 €*. Upon reaching 89.00 €, the shipping costs become free of charge. Only for cash-on-delivery payment the fixed courier fee of 5.00 € remains unchanged. We do not ask for a minimum order in terms of expenditure, weight and/or volume. 

We deliver directly to the address indicated during the purchase, so we ask you to be careful when filling in the address field when ordering, especially if it is a shipment to a third party such as a gift. We ask that you provide a manned delivery address with someone always present to receive the parcel (e.g. your place of work) and an active mobile phone number (in case the courier needs to contact you). If a manned address is not available, we ask you to contact us so that we can agree on a secure delivery method such as a drop-off point. Shipments are always tracked. 

In Italy, the actual transit time of the shipment from our warehouse in Genoa to your delivery address varies from 24 to 48 hours depending on the address and the courier used (Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily are always served in at least 48 hours). Please note that orders containing fresh products are dispatched from Monday to Wednesday.

If the courier fails to deliver on the first attempt, for example due to the absence of the recipient, he will attempt a new delivery on the first available working day. We will send you a notification with tracking when your parcel leaves so that you can follow your shipment, if you encounter any problems please contact us

*Except for the few areas defined as remote, i.e. not directly reachable by the express couriers we work with. To these destinations we reserve the right to change the order, after contacting the customer. This is because we want the products you purchase to arrive at their maximum quality and not to impair the organoleptic properties with excessively long transport times. There may therefore be a need to replace products, update shipping costs or cancel the order.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

For deliveries abroad, we do not require a minimum order quantity and there is no maximum shipping weight. Shipping costs for deliveries within Europe are always €19.90*. The express couriers used allow us to reach most European locations in 48/72h: as we have already pointed out, these times refer to the actual transit time, excluding handling time in our warehouse depending on the products chosen (e.g. fresh products can only be shipped abroad on Mondays and Tuesdays). For all needs and urgency, we ask you to contact us well in advance so that we can organise the shipment as best as possible. 

The delivery address given must be complete in every detail (house number, name on the intercom, telephone number, etc.) as the hundreds of kilometres between us and the place of delivery do not make it easy to make corrections on the spot. If it is a shipment made from Italy to abroad this applies even more and we ask you to check well with the consignee that all the data is correct and if you do not have confirmation that there is always someone at the delivery address ready to receive the parcel, you must contact us so that we can agree on an alternative but safe address (for example a point affiliated with the courier where the consignee can collect the parcel). 

In many countries, delivery without a recipient, i.e. the parcel being left at the door, is not accepted

The recipient's phone number must be a local phone number and not an Italian one. 

For non-EU countries not listed in the table below, please contact our customer service department beforehand to assess the feasibility of shipment.

HOW WE SHIP FRESH

Our shipments respect the cold chain. To achieve this we rely on express couriers that allow us to deliver within 24/48 hours from the moment your order leaves our warehouse, we use thermal packaging designed especially for foodstuffs, and finally we assess when it is best to entrust your parcel to the courier to minimise transit time (we keep your order around as little as possible).

Our packaging not only guarantees optimal preservation of fresh products but also has another quality: it is 100% recyclable. From the cardboard box to the packaging that protects the glass jars and even the thermal insulation and ice are easily and ecologically disposable (and above all do not take up too much space!).

Once you have chosen your favourite products on Molo modo21 in the checkout you can choose from the following payment types: 

  • Credit card (Visa; Mastercard; Maestro; American Express) or prepaid. The service is guaranteed with the most modern computer security systems to protect and encrypt your card data. 
  • Debit cards (Bancomat, PostePay and rechargeable)
  • Paypal

  • Bank transfer (with this payment your order will be taken care of when credited)
  • Cash on delivery (delivery in Italy and additional 5€ courier fee)

In short, we are from Genoa! We accept all banknotes!
