Mediterranean bruschetta is a mixture of sun-dried tomatoes, Taggiasca olives, garlic and capers. 

The tomatoes come from the garden and the garlic is locally sourced from the Imperia area. The mixture is enhanced by Taggiasca olives, whose sweetness creates an unbeatable gastronomic and aromatic combination.

The name is quite explanatory as to its possible uses, but in addition to using it for bruschetta, this mixture is perfect for accompanying meat and fish main courses.
