Sweet Ligurian wine perfect for your toast!

Ligurian Moscato is very fragrant and excellently sweet, it is an ideal wine to accompany dry pastries and cakes: in the local tradition, the sweets that go best with this Moscato are certainly canestrelli and pandolce; canestrelli are typical short pastries made of very buttery, flower-shaped pastry while Genoese pandolce is a cake that has two versions, the 'high' one is rich in dried fruit and the 'low' one is crumbly. Ligurian Moscato is therefore excellent to bring to the table at the end of a meal because it is a sweet wine that leaves the mouth pleasantly clean and never gets tired.
