Distilleria Sangallo

A family-run artisanal Genoese distillery, founded in 1964, they still produce their liqueurs and grappas according to ancient recipes.

One of these recipes guarded by Sangallo Distilleria Cinque Terre is that of Amaro Camatti, a historic Genoese liqueur: the passage from the Briganti family (Umberto Briganti had invented this digestive tonic in the 1920s) to the Bergamino family, owners of the Sangallo distillery, has made it possible to keep the old original formula of Genoa's most famous bitter unchanged, decreeing its success even a century after its invention.
