Artisanal Colomba made in a pastry shop without butter but with Taggiasco extra virgin olive oil!!!

This colomba is made with EVO oil from La Baita and Galleano, who have their own olive groves in the hinterland of Imperia. But Ligurian excellence does not end here: among the candied fruits that embellish the dove's dough are candied orange peel pernambucco, the typical citrus fruit of western Liguria.

Finished with almond, hazelnut and toasted sliced almond icing.

The colomba is produced with craftsmanship by Saporarte, pastry chefs from Padua, using their historic sourdough starter for a natural 4-rise dough.
