Garlic Artichoke Sauce 85g

This aromatic garlic sauce is ideal for canapés, crostini and appetisers. Excellent for appetisers and aperitifs.

It can also be used as a condiment for rice and salads; in sandwiches or to accompany main courses of meat and fish.

It is a sauce made from a base of pickled artichokes which are then whipped to a cream with dried fruit, oil and garlic.

It keeps for a long time at room temperature and once the jar has been opened, it can be stored in the fridge for a few more weeks.
