Ligurian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, organic 500ml

Extra virgin olive oil, organic, Ligurian Riviera DOP (Riviera del Ponente Savonese).

This superior category olive oil is produced from olives grown on certified organic land, specifically in the “Poggio” locality of Casanova Lerrone, in the province of Savona, 200m above sea level.

The olive varieties used are Taggiasche and Colombaie.

The olives are still harvested by hand and the whole process is artisanal: the olives are pressed within 12 hours of harvesting, cold-pressed. The oil is then left to decant naturally until bottling to maintain the organoleptic qualities of the prized olives.
