This is a natural olive pulp, obtained by simply processing taggiasca olives with extra virgin olive oil and salt. Nothing else is added. The olives were harvested in their area of origin for this variety (the province of Imperia).

The flavour is sweet with bitterish hints, typical and characteristic of Taggiasca olives.
