Our Genoese pesto is a fresh sauce made only with natural ingredients (no preservatives or anything else). It is made in our Trattoria kitchen according to the family recipe handed down to us by Signora Alfonsina, the champion of Genoese pesto al mortaio (at the age of 85!). These jars are handy single-serving jars of pesto that allow you to preserve all the freshness of the freshly made product. This fresh pesto can be frozen.

With 80 grams of Pesto Genovese modo21 you can season about 80/100 grams of dry pasta or 150 grams of fresh pasta. Add a little cooking water to taste when seasoning the pasta.
