Corochinato Vini Allara

The wine shop that has breathed new life into the most classic Genoese aperitif, that aromatised white wine born in 1886 in Coronata that is known to all as Corochinato or 'L'asinello' (from the donkey on the bottle label, accompanying one of the legendary Genoese characters Paciugo). 

Corochinato is the drinking companion of generations of Genoese: it can be found in alley bars, served simply with a lemon peel; in recent years it has also become the basis for cocktails and the Genoese spritz.
