A typical dish of our city, so much so that in Genoa there used to be tripperie (which have now almost disappeared) selling only this offal and its broth.
The flavour of tripe is unique. It goes perfectly with the potatoes and beans that at the same time provide creaminess to the dish. The tomato then adds the right savoury note.
We have tripe stews delivered to your home ready-to-cook, just heat them up in the microwave or in a pan.
We vacuum-pack them to guarantee proper preservation. Minimum guaranteed weight 300g, one portion.
