Artisanal Chinotto di Savona marmalade, made from the prized citrus fruit of the western Ligurian coast, recognized as a Slow Food Presidium.

This marmalade is incredibly versatile thanks to its distinctive flavor, combining sweetness, gentle bitterness, and citrus freshness. It is perfect for breakfast and snacks, in pastry recipes, with ice cream, and especially as a pairing with cheeses, much like a fruit mustard. Ideal for serving as part of an appetizer or cheese board.

This marmalade is produced by Besio, a historic gastronomic company based in Savona, one of the traditional homes of chinotto.
