Onion cake 200g

Savoury onion and cheese pie made in the kitchen of our trattoria in Genoa.

Perfect for your lunch break or made into squares to serve to your guests to accompany an aperitif or as an appetiser.

Like all savoury pies of Ligurian origin, the onion pie is best eaten at room temperature, so the advice is to take it out of the fridge some time before eating it, or if you are in a hurry, to put it back in the hot oven for a few minutes to bring it to the right temperature.
