Chard cake 300g

This chard pie is a savoury vegetable and cheese pie, made in the kitchen of our Genoese trattoria Cavour modo21.

This pie is excellent as a main course (e.g. lunch at the office) or to serve as an appetiser. Soft and crispy, it is covered with a sheet of pastry and has two layers inside: one of chard, flavours and cheese, and one of prescinseua, the typical Genoese cheese.

This chard pie is best enjoyed at room temperature, so reheat it just long enough to remove the cold from the fridge.
