Convent Aromatic Herb Dressing 10cl

A richly aromatic dressing made with extra virgin olive oil (98.5%) and a generous selection of herbs and spices: oregano, parsley, marjoram, thyme, basil and bay leaf, together with whole cloves, peppercorns and dried juniper berries.

The recipe is inspired by the tradition of the Discalced Carmelite Fathers' Convent in Loano and combines the delicate character of extra virgin olive oil with a distinctive blend of herbal and spicy aromas that can be appreciated from the very first scent.  

Ideal used uncooked on salads, vegetables, bruschetta and pulses, it can also enhance meat, fish, potatoes and many Mediterranean recipes. Just a few drops are enough to add a pleasant combination of fragrant herbs and spices to your dishes.
