The Convent Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Chilli Dressing combines just two ingredients: extra virgin olive oil (98.5%) and chilli pepper (1.5%). A simple, straightforward recipe in which the character of the oil is enhanced by the lively heat of chilli, creating a versatile dressing that adds extra intensity to a wide variety of dishes.

Linked to the tradition of the Discalced Carmelite Fathers' Convent in Loano, it is particularly suitable for finishing dishes just before serving and can easily be adjusted according to personal taste. A few drops are enough to add a pleasant spicy note to bruschetta, focaccia, pizza, pasta, pulses and vegetables.
