Taggiasca olives in brine 180g

Taggiasca olives are typical Ligurian olives, especially from the Riviera di Ponente. They are used in many traditional recipes such as stockfish and sea bass (or sea bream).

They are excellent olives for flavouring meat dishes (especially white meat) and fish. They can also be used in simple recipes such as quick tomato sauces to give them a unique flavour!

Taggiasca olives are pulpy, juicy and fleshy. They have a sweet taste with bitterish hints that balance the savouriness of the brine. They remain firm even when cooked. Not to be confused with simple black olives, these are olives of a completely different quality and you will taste it immediately!
