Salami flavored with Vessalico Garlic 290g

Salami made only from pork flavored with a tanning of Vessalico Garlic and Ponente red wine.

The garlic and wine are whisked together and then the whole thing filtered so that the salami mixture is flavored with the aromas and scents of the Vessalico Garlic.

In this way in the final flavor of the salami the garlic does not prevail but enhances the flavor profile.
