Thanks to modo21 and the trattoria Cavour, you get just the right amount at home to cook two plates of fresh ravioli to be served with the ready-made traditional Genoese meat sauce (u tuccu). Borage ravioli are the classic Genoese ravioli with meat in addition to vegetables and cheese. Tuccu is a very special meat sauce because it is prepared from a single whole piece of meat that is cooked for a long time. When the sauce is ready, some Genovese prefer to serve the meat as a second course; in our jar of tuccu, however, you will find all the meat you want!
