Fresh Trofie and Pesto (x8 meals)

Sunday lunch with the family or dinner already prepared for the coming weeks?

Three 400-gram packets of fresh trofie pasta are equivalent to about 6 to 8 servings, since to prepare a dish of trofie pasta with Genovese pesto you need between 150 and 200 grams of fresh pasta (which yields differently than dry pasta) and at least 60 grams of pesto, which you add raw to the dish and, if you prefer, can be diluted with a little cooking water to make the sauce creamier.
