Rosso Liguria di Levante IGT "Costa del Debbio" 0,75L

The winery's top wine, Costa del Debbio is a full-bodied and structured red, with excellent acidity, very fruity and spicy notes. Garnet-coloured, consistent, with a balance between vine-like tannin and roundness. The finish is savoury and persistent.

From Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pollera grapes, harvested by hand in the second half of September. Long fermentation on the skins in steel tanks until the sugars are exhausted.
