Vermentino Superiore Colli di Luni DOC "Costa del Debbio" 0,75L

This elegant, well-structured wine, made from the first must flower, owes its name to one of the most vocated areas in the Bolano area. Costa del Debbio is an intensely perfumed wine, with an important dry extract well balanced by a good mineral note.

Only Vermentino grapes, harvested by hand in the second half of September. Brief maceration on the skins. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks until the sugars are finished.

Serving suggestion: 10°C in tall-stemmed goblets.

Alcoholic strength: 13.5% vol.
