Daniel Fida cultivates his saffron on the heights of Genoa together with local herbs and plants: he still follows and tends the fields in the traditional way, rotating the crops according to seasonality. In this way he makes a natural vegetable broth, made with carrots, onions and celery, ingredients processed as soon as they are harvested and then dried at a low temperature to preserve all the aromas of the garden vegetables. Daniel only produces a few batches each time to guarantee the full freshness of the product.
Also excellent for adding flavour to dishes at the end of cooking and as a quick sauté.
The recommended dosage for this granulated vegetable stock is two teaspoons per 500 ml of water.
