Obtained from Rossese grapes, this wine is light ruby red in colour, vinous, delicate and characteristic to the nose, dry soft and slightly bitterish in the mouth with moderate body, pleasant and fragrant.

Delicate, particularly fresh and fragrant, it should be drunk when young, which is also why it is a versatile wine that can accompany many traditional Ligurian dishes. It goes well with short pasta with capon ragout, duck ravioli, roast guinea fowl, rabbit, pork chops, lamb fricassee and stuffed vegetables.
