Borage Ravioli, Tuccu Meat Sauce and Basil Sauce (x4 meals)

The quantity of ravioli delivered to your home allows you to prepare four dishes (with filled pasta, 200 grams per person is usually recommended) to go with two different sauces.

The tuccu is the most classic sauce with which ravioli are served in Genoa: it is made from a single piece of meat (the famous 'tocco' which gives the sauce its name) which is left on the fire for a long time like a stracotto; we save you time because you receive a ready-made sauce at home, as good as the one made at home, or rather like the one made in a trattoria, since that's exactly what it is!

The basil sauce, on the other hand, is perfect for those who crave a fresher, more rustic flavour that goes very well with the ravioli's mixed vegetable and meat filling.
