Ligurian tapenade 180g

This olive tapenade harks back to the nearby Provençal culinary tradition and is an all-Ligurian interpretation, where the olives are the finest and tastiest: taggiasche olives!

A spreadable sauce, excellent on bruschetta, crostini and bread, to add flavour to sandwiches and sandwiches; also perfect as a creamy accompaniment for meat and fish. Ideal for hors d'oeuvres and main courses. In the Provençal tradition, tapenade is also used to stuff meat.

This tapenade is made with Taggiasca olives blended with extra virgin olive oil, capers, pine nuts and salt: just a few quality ingredients are enough to have a sauce to delight the palate.
